All,

I am not still 100% sure if this news is Genuine but my Attorney Just now informed us that the USCIS will give a min of 15 days notice time for July VB.

july VB might be retrogessed/may become U but the effective date will be from july 15.

Now I know every one will ask the authencity of this news bur really even I am just giving a 50% chance that this news might be true.

Just hoping that the things will work out in our favor guys and keeping the fingers crossed.

chiec0li,

I can understand your anxiety especially during these times, but do not post the same message again and again in the same thread and also in different threads. If some one knows the answers to your questions, you will surely get the answers...Good luck...

What are they trying to achieve here?

If they give a 15 day grace period for the revised July bulletin issued on 2nd or 3rd of July, by then everyone with an approved labor would have filed AOS anyway.

I am not saying that they should not allow everyone to file the AOS but am trying to understand what they achieve by doing this whole exercise of

making it current, revise the bulletin and retrogress the dates (and tell that in advance) and then give a 15 day grace period.

But I wish all these are just rumous and everyone gets a chance to file the AOS at the least.

Show me a link for your Jul 15th.

I want good solid facts; give us some URLs.

So that people don't chase assumptions and illusions.

Read the entire thing...

Nothing new there. Show me, tell me if I am incorrect.

That link only gives more ifs and buts etc, no solid fact(s).
