Philadelphia backlog center: help
Forgive me for posting on this IV forum regarding a personal labor application question.
I had applied for my labor application in 2004 and was waiting for 45 day letter all this while.
Today I got a letter from the philadelphia backlog center saying that my case has been closed since no reply was given to them. They had apparently sent a 45 day letter on 23 february this year and wanted a reply by april 10.
neither my company or the lawyer ever got that 45 day letter.
It is really depressing to have waited 2 years for a labor certificate and finding this out.
Has anyone else faced this problem. How did you solve it. Any help will be appreciated.
Ps. I posted my development on other theread for the benefit of everyone with a new title:

You can check out rajiv khanna's site...
There are cases in which closed cases were reopened...
You would have to try to get it reopened....
