Default Waiting for LC

My husband's application has PD of March, 2004. Applied from Texas and still waiting for LC. The BEC shows status of IN PROCESS and Processing Type is TR. The information at BEC that by Sep 30,2007 all of them should be cleared - does it apply to TR as well, or only to RIR?
Now, since all the categories are made current, is there any way to speed up the process?

Thanks a lot.

Question Labor Certification for Dallas EB3/TR

Hi,
Does anyone know how much time it takes for BEC to approve the labor certification, once the Recruitment Advertisement is done. Our PD is Mar' 05 EB3/TR. Today only our lawyer sent the documents related to recruitment response. Now, since all the categories are made current, is there any way to speed up the process?

Can you please tell what is your priority date, whether your labor was filed under EB3 OR EB2 , RIR OR NON-RIR(TRADITIONAL).

Thanks

Default insight please

can anyone put some insight into my case. My spouse is in India for next 2 months and need to attend visa consulate to comeback to US.
Any similar cases? any insight as to when my labor can get certified ?

My labor just(06/16) moved to "IN PROCESS" from "DATA REVIEW". All my peers got their labor approved in the last 2-3 months & are rocking for 485.

PD : 01/28/2004
Dallas center
RIR Filed : 03/09/2007
The delay is due to lost 45day letter and time spent in following up .

Default Labor Approval Document Not Recd

My RIR labor got approved last week but my attorney office has not received the approval document yet. Any idea how much time they take to send it out? Is there any automated phone number which can tell me whether they have sent the document out nor not?

Anyone who knows, Please please respond.

schhabs,

What kind of letter you received from DOL? DId you change the address after filing your labor? I have changed it so many times but I did use AR-11 form last time to update the address when I moved to a new address. I have not received any document from DOL.

But the real question is cna you file I-140 or I-1485 based on the the doc you recd. .. probably not.

I am not sure what I can do .. I wanted to file I-140 and I-485 concurrently as suggested by my attorney (R Khanna).

All the best!!!!

Hi dhirajs98,

The letter from DBEC says my Labor is certified. We cannot file any further paperwork until our lawyers receive original documents, namely, ETAs. Even I had changed home address last Januray. I am thankful to US Mail that they still have my address change request active in their system even though it has been more than stipulated 2 months.

I have a fair amount of confidence that your letter is lost in address change jungle. Looks like a chronic case of one entity not talking to the other, ideally we would expect filling AR-11 should do it, but unfortunately it does not.

BTW my labor was approved in EB2 TR PD = 03/05 category.

Good luck to u2.
