Default Missing Info in Screen Shot

Today I received the screen shot from my employer and found out that following informations are missing:

Processing Type, Case Source and Data Entry assigned to

I would like to know the significance of the above missing informations and does it affect the labor approval process?

In the screen shot, case received date is 01/10/2005 and Case Status is Data Review.

Please let me know if these missing info can have any negative affect my case? And if answer is YES then what should I do?

Thanks for your help in advance..

Default 45 Day letter recd

My husband got his 45 day letter last week. It appears 100's of folks in Cisco and Intel are getting their 45 day letters query. They all applied in late 2004/ early 2005. (Cisco did not process green card till Sept 2004).

Thought an update would help others too

Default 45 day letter not received yet

Is there anyone who did not get their 45 day letter yet? My PD is Ohio Aug 2003 and I still did not receive the 45 day letter. I came to know that the DOL said that all 45 day letters have been issued by June 30th? Is it true? What should I do now?

Default 45 Day Letter

I havent received it yet. RIR EB2 July 2004.
I also heard about the June 30 and sent out an email to my attorney's parelegal. I have never interacted with the attorney because thats the way they operate ???.
The paralegals walk through a revolving door and this is the 3rd or 4th person I am dealing with now.

Default No 45 Day Letter Yet

I have also not received the 45 Day Letter Yet.
My Application details :

State : MI
RIR EB2
PD : 07-08-2004
45 Day Letter : Not yet received

Couple of weeks ago my HR sent me a screen shot and most of the data in the screen shot was missing. Last week they called DBEC and the person from DOL said they can't give the details and we need to wait as my case will be coming up soon. Lot of my firends you have PD's much later than me have already received the 45 day letter. I am not sure what is going on with my case.
Is anyone from MI state in the same boat...?

I've talked to my Paralegal and compelled him to call the DBEC. The DBEC suggested him to wait till the end of July and if till then the 45 DL is not received, they be contacted with all the details.
I hope it was not lost in the mail and the case is closed because the 45 day period is over.. I am very anxious and I can understand you guys too..

Alright, if you filed for Labor in your state and if your Labor is currently transferred to one of the following backlog centers, then you should get a 45 day letter where in the backlog centers sends a letter to the attorney and/or employer if they want to pursue the labor certification. The employer has 45 days to respond as to whether he/she wants to pursue the particular labor. If the employer responded as not to pursue, or if there was no reply from your employer side within 45 days of receiving this letter, the backlog center would consider grounds of cancelling this labor filing and sending a letter of closure.
In a nutshell, the backlog centers wanted to process only active cases, or cases where the employers were still interested in pursuing, that way saving time

Now I am not an attorney and I may not be providing the accurate process. To read up more

http://www.foreignlaborcert.doleta.g...eign/times.asp
and of course check with your attorney.
