Default Complicated labor question

I have been trying to find an answer to this question but after lots of hard work we are unable to pin point it.

We have filed labor by RIR (filed in 4/2004) and per lawyer our case numbers are as follows

Old: I 04***-12*****
New: P-051**-61***

We wanted to know what SOC code our application was filed and one of the kind IV member suggested to go to this website

http://www.flcdatacenter.com/CasePerm.aspx

We downloaded the files but all these files are either starting with either A or C and not from "I" or "P". None of the cases matched our case number. Also it appears these files are all for PERM.

These are my questions:

1. Can we extrapolate our case number (being non-PERM) from these data files from the above website.

2. Is there a conversion of I or P number to A or C number?

3. If yes, since we applied in 4/2004 which year's database we should look at?

We'd really appreciate your help, very serious family issues are based on this. Thanks in advance. (BTW we have already asked for FOIA, but as you know it takes several months)

Thanks in advance

The DB is by approved date. What exact month and year was your labor approved?

for ex if it was approved between OCT 2004 and Sept 2005 you should look at 2005 database ...between OCT 2005 and Sept 2006 -2006 database and so on.

Thank you Naveen. It was approved in November 2006. We checked all the cases from our company in November 2006 and none of them have similar case number as ours. As I mentioned our case number started with I- but there all the cases were either starting with A or C.

Your labor is approved by PBEC. It will not be in the PERM database. They must have sent the lawyer the approval notice and it should have the information. Ask your lawyer to look at the labor approval notice again.

Or try your P-xxxx number here - http://pds.pbls.doleta.gov/
