Default Some Responses

My lawyer's response to my inquiry:
"Since last year the USCIS has been consolidating all employment based cases in Nebraska. They are transferring yours there. No big deal."

Mathew OH's response to my e-mail:

"Under the Phase III, all the I-485 have to be handled by NSC. They have been preparing for the Phase III."

All 485s, even if the 140 has been approved, will be gradually transferred to Nebraska or Texas. It is a part of the so-called "bi-specialization."

Default Maybe someone can help me here

My case was in Nebraska and was transferred to National Benefit Center on lee Missoury the only answer i got is, it was transferred to speed up your process but i know and i have read that missouri only is a hub to local field offices, my lawyers does not know the answer some say it will be transferred to local office for an interview, My God Miami is so full and bad treatment from officer, i do not even want to think about it. If anyone has any input i will appreciate that.
