Employer OKed it initially because no body foresaw we can file I485 so quickly. They thought it will take 3-4 years to file I485.
Now they are not ready to file I485.
What all options I have? I am on L1 visa which can not be extended.
your options:
1. see if you can get pre-approved labour and do the rest

or

2. file a new labor, transfer ur PD etc.

How did you show the employer ability to pay during I - 140 stage? You can use the same thing for I - 485 right?

That salary is for once you get GC, lot of time is there, it won't be fast. File I-485, wait for 6 months and join some other company with the said salary.
