Default Salary higher than advertised in Labor

Is it an issue if my current salary is lot more than whats advertised on my approved labor? My labor was filed 2 years ago and got approved in Feb and my 140 was filed in April, still pending, 485 filed on July 2nd.

I always thought its an issue if salary is less than whats advertised.

Thanks!

I am in the same situation except that my I 140 has been approved. My lawyer does not think it is an issue.

Default Salary should not less than labor

Salary should not less than labor, salary in labor is to make sure that minimum wages are being paid,
it should not be a problem if it is more, my salary is double than what is mentioned in labor and our attorney said it is not a problem at all.
