I think if someone wants to take specific perm applications for calculation like CERTIFIED, CERTIFIED-EXPIRED and not DENIED or WITHDRAWN can use this link FLCDataCenter.com.

It is interesting that you can find company names and sponsored people in this database. With job titles you can even guess who they are. I found mine(using my perm case number A-xxxxx-xxxxx), my job title being so specific.

The important thing I have notice is my perm was filed in Nov-2007 and it was listed under '2008MDB Text' not under '2007MDB Text'. I guess it may be listed in 2008 because my perm got approved in Jan-2008.
This is your first step in engaging awareness about immigration and keepimg hope forever(!). Do not get lost with red dots. keep walking !

Calculations aside, this list is useful to get the list of companies that sponsor GC.

Here 'A-xxxxx-xxxxx' is PERM CASE NUMBER NOT Alien number. If your PERM CASE is with Atlanta than you will get A#, if it is with Chicago than you will get C#, etc.

'MDB Text' files I have understood wrong at first instant, these ('MDB Text') files are base on Oct-Sep fiscal year.

You are right, you can know which company have filed how many cases in one fiscal year and got approved...

Here are filtered Perm Data..

Somebody told in previous posts that Certified will later become Certified-Expired which dose not sound right as per MDB Text data. All perm case numbers are different in Certified and Certified-Expired. The Certified and Certified-Expired data holds unique perm case numbers.

Both certified and certified expired are to be counted. All labors move to certified expired in 6 months. You can read the following article for details - MurthyDotCom : Procedural Changes for Filing Certain I-140 Petitions

Default 2010 Employer List Who filed GC

There are total 35,426 employers who had filed GC. The list is too big to fit in one file and upload here.

If someone wants to know a particular employer file green card or not can go to the link(FLCDataCenter.com) to get 2010 Text file and search for that employer by name. By doing so he/she will come to know how many GC labor that employer had filed and got approved, etc, etc..

Teddy, My priority date is Jun 28, 2007. Do I have any chance of becoming current in Sept? Your insight is valuable. Thanks.

Default September VB Predictions

Friends’ following is my projection for Sep VB
EB2 - There maybe 2-3K SOFAD left based on that the range will be 15-MAY-2007 to 15-JUN-2007. If the dates move to 15th Aug to get all pre-adjudicated cases then all of them may not be approved because the cap will run out. Also September maybe a good month for the fresh intake if it does not happen now then it will get delayed to Q3 2012.
EB3 - Last month’s movement was good, however EB3 may move by another 15 days. The range will be 01-JUN-2002 to 15-JUN-2002.
Good Luck to all, already the coming soon sign is up for the VB.
