Default ADIT processing

We did our finger prints in 2007, should we go for that again ? Is this referred as ADIT processing ? Any ideas ?

Default Finally Greened

Finally I got those Magical Emails on a magical Game 6 Night of the World Series (I am a Lifetime St. Louis Cardinals Fan). Did not received the Approval emails at all. They sent email directly for "Card/Document Production Ordered".

Received GC for both of us. They had wrong address on my Wife's case so the sent her GC to our Old Address. But we intercepted that mail at the post office and collected it personally.

All those people who are waiting please hang on it will come for sure.

Our cases were at NSC. EB2 Priority Date OCT 2006.

I did sent emails to NCSCFollowup and Ombudsman's Office to check status on OCT 12th. Not sure if that helped or not. but Its worth a try and they are responsive too. I did received responses from both offices.

Default Infopass

My date has been current since June 2011 and no updates yet. I'm thinking of taking an Infopass at Atlanta (that's where my file is). I'll have to fly from DC to Atlanta.

Can somebody let me know if that's a good idea?

I'm not sure how the visa numbers work and if there are any more visa numbers left for people stranded like me.

Got approval notices for spouse and self finally. The first notice was approval/post decision activity then second time it went back a step to Decision. Assume that's normal based on other posts. Anyone knows anything more about it?

Anybody waiting, please start congressional inquiry. That's what it took for me, 4 months after being current.
