Question Which Wage Is Applicable After I485 Approval

I am working in multination company on H-1B visa and the wage mentioned in H-1B LCA is much higher then the regular wage. Please clarify that, which wage is applicable, is it regular wage or wage mentioned in LCA after I485 get approved.
