Default Support for including Business degrees in STEM

I want to write to SEVIS requesting inclusion of some business related degrees under STEM. I have formulated this email below. Please provide me with your thoughts and let me know if I am missing something here. Although I am not a F-1 student now, I do feel that any eventual reform in high-skilled immigration, which relies on STEM, will also use the same degrees as currently mentioned in the list. This list therefore needs to be expanded. The current list is available here: http://www.ice.gov/sevis/stemlist.htm

I would like to see the “Operations Research” degree (CIP Code Family – 14, CIP code 14.3701) expanded to include the following degrees:
1. Decision Sciences
2. Management Science
3. Marketing Science
4. Financial Engineering

I would like to see the “Engineering Technology” degree ((CIP Code Family – 15, CIP code 15.0000) expanded to include the following degrees:
5. Supply Chain Management
6. Operations Management
