Default H4 visa stamping - "do u intend to immigrate"

Hi

I am on valid H1b and my wife is going to India - Hyderabad and is going to attend H4 visa stamping.

Now as a part of the interview question if the VO asks her "Do you intent to immigrate ?"

what should she answer ?

I filed my I-485 during July 2007 fiasco and got married in 2008 therefore my spouse has not filed her I-485 yet .

please let me know what she should answer to the above question to not get visa refused.

thank you
regards
sasi

Default H1 / H4 are dual intent visas, so no problem.

H1 / H4 are dual intent visas, so no problem telling "Sure, shall immigrate to US".

H1 / H4 / L1 / L2 are special visas which do not hold applicant's intent to immigrate to US against them. Those non-immigrant visa applicants are allowed dual intent (one to get the non-immigrant visa and second to immigrate to US).
