Default Birth Certificate

My spouse's Birth Certificate was not available. So we obtained a "Non-Availability" from local govt and "Affidavit of Births" from parents. However, we were able to put only the copies of them in the 485 application sent on July 2nd. Anyone know if just submitting a copy of the Affidavits is going to be an issue in the processing? Thanks.
