Default Domestic violence & I-140

Hi I got my LCA approved about to file i-140. I got arrested yesterday for domestic violence charge. How will this affect my I-140 case?
H1b renewal due next year JAN'18. How does this affect the H1b renewal and stamping?
My wife is not pressing charges, neither she called the cops.even my constantly insisted not hitting, they arrested on grounds of probable cause/ suspicious.
Kindly suggest.
