Default Can i retain PD, my I140 was approved 10 yrs ago

I was working in US from year 2000-2006, I left for India in 2006 and worked there until Mar-2017. Was not maintaining h1b status during this time. My I140 which was filed when i was in US, was approved in year 2007.

Now I am back in April 2017 with different employer H1b.

1) Can i retain my earlier priority date? if i file GC with current employer, I understand i have to file LCA and I140 again.
2) If i transfer H1B to old employer who got I140 approved, can I start from I485 stage directly?
