Obtain Copy of EAD and AP Approval Notices

How to obtain a duplicate/copy of the EAD and AP approval notices that are lost in the mail? I have received the combo card but no approval notices. My case is self-filed at TSC.

Thanks!

Others can correct me if I am wrong.

I have never received any approval letters in matters of AP or EAD.
I-131 and I-765 approvals basically result in a document or a combo card.
That itself is proof that it was approved.

You should save the mailer on which the card was "fixed" onto.
That can be used after 2 years for the next renewal and does expedite processing (according to USCIS).
I of course, am hoping that you get your PR card by then.
:-)

If I plug in my receipt # on the USCIS website to check the status, it reads "we mailed you a notice that we have approved.....". but I have not received any approval notice in the mail.

Well you can ask USCIS to mail a copy back to you. I would say, Create a SR with L2 staff.

Question is: Why would you want the approval letter if you already have the CARD? The card is the main thing. You can use the card instead of the approval letters, where ever you require them.

FYI: This has happened to me too (received emails, but no actual approval letter)

I never bothered to get the notices though, because I was more happy that I got the main thing, the card.

Was this your first combo card? and is valid for 2 years?
Thx

This is first EAD/AP renewal. The combo card is valid for 2 years. The original combo card was issued with 1 year validity.
