AP for my husband

Yes, my husband applied for AP in August. He has not received it yet. He left for India because of his job there and had to take care of his parents.
Could anyone tell me how to find if his AP is approved or not.
The USCIS website still shows initial review only. I am not able to call the number given on the receipt notice because my husband has to be here to call. What do I do. Help me please.

applied for combo EAD/AP nth renewal, paper filing.

Center : TSC
RD : 9/15/2014
ND: 9/17/2014
Approved date: 12/17/14
Card mailed on 12/23 but actually received on 12/29, I guess holidays added to delay. Otherwise they are approving it by 90th day.

Two expedite requests denied and lost two weeks of pay, my previous EAD expired on 12/9.

asaxena 01-05-2015 12:24 PM

Your are nearly there ? Have you been renewing from 2007 ?

gcbikari 01-05-2015 02:11 PM

Yes been renewing since 2007, I was worried date being current and mess up EAD and not having EAD or GC to continue work.

asaxena 01-05-2015 04:24 PM

Only AP taking more than 5 months. EAD comes within 90 days. Since you have files AP/EAD together, you got it about 90 days.

There is a definite 90 day processing time if it is TSC (add 7-10 days for mailing too), I was following other forums too..
