I left my employer (A) who sponsored my GC and started working for different company

I left my employer (A) who sponsored my GC and started working for different company (B), my attorney he would not work with me until he gets a no objection for conflict of interest from A (A is not ready to give it).

1. Can A revoke I140?

2. If he revokes would I be notified by email on any update as soon as he sends the letter to revoke to USCIS (i registered on USCIS website).

3. Will I know about the rfe or its just the attorney.

I dont know the answer to this.

When you get an email from USCIS just call USCIS and ask them to send another copy of RFE to you or new lawyer

once you move to the new job, call USCIS and have the representation changed on your case. (i think its from G-28) this is to say that now all the correspondence shall be diverted to either you or a new laywer of your choosing.

First hire a new attorney immediatly

The very first thing you need to do is - hiring a new attorney. Then file a new G28 for new attorney and send a notice of revoking the G28 you may have given for the previous attrorney. This step makes sure that your new attorney gets all the future communication (RFE etc) about your case.

Once this is over, you can just sit back and wait for any RFEs on your 485. If your employer revokes 140 , then you may get one.
