RFE for TB and Approval Notice, Should I respond?

I am really confused about my RFE for TB which is asking for Chest X-Ray to be done.

On Feb 5th 2013: USCIS sends RFE asking me to do Chest X-Ray for Latent TB. Mind you I had taken BCG vaccination and Doctor was told about it.

On Feb 8th 2013: your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was approved.

On Feb 8th 2013: we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status.

On Feb 11th 2013:we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

On Feb 12th 2013: we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days.

So My question is, Do I still need to respond to the original RFE or I can simply ignore it since my greencard is approved and mailed.

Thanks

Congrats - You have waited long enough to lose the GC for a technicality.

Assume the RFE is real and do what is needed. If it turns out the RFE was issued in error you have nothing to lose.

Once again congrats

Responding to the RFE can cause additional complication because USCIS now has to look at your file again. I would consult my immigration attorney before deciding to respond or not respond to the RFE because then they would have to stand by you if needed.

Once the green card has been issued, I don't think USCIS would still be waiting for the RFE, so I wouldn't be surprised if the attorney advises to not respond to the RFE.

Cards received

So On Feb 14: I have received my physical green cards.

I have asked my attorney as to what to do about RFE, still waiting for him to respond.

Thanks

Attorney replied

My attorney replied saying, I should submit chest x-ray and immunization records in order to avoid any issues in future.

Thanks
