Default is labor needed for medical checkup?

I dont have approved labor on my hand. But am expecting to get it anytime now. Can I get the medical exam done and be ready or do i need to wait till my labor paper gets to me??

Do we need to fill 693 ourselves and submit it to the doc or would the doc that for us. I am not sure, newbie q?, I guess everybody is the same but can you please answer.

Also, if we need to fill them ourselves, there is an A number listed on the first page. I guess its Alien number, but where do we get that from

All USCIS doctors are booked till August here in WA. I finally got someone from a remote place (Kent). And they charge $200 for just the medicals. Another $100 for shots. Even the Public Health Center charges around $150 for both MMR and TD
do you know if its reimbursable by our insurance???

can we go to a doctor at any place or should it be in our home state?. I live in NH and all doctors are booked until aug first week. Can I go to a doctor in MA. And some doctors are asking cash, is that going to be an issue?

Thanks
Srikanth .

Default Vaccination and other tests required for medical test.

Does anyone know the link on the USCIS website where it lists all the requirements for vaccination and other tests?

If I make an appointment with the USCIS approved doctor, does she/he automatically know all the requirements in terms of what has to be done as far as vaccination and other medical tests goes.

Need some advise. Thanks.

Our doctor just asked us if we had had chickenpox and skipped the shots when we said yes. Even without this, I have a small chickenpox scar, so I would have been able to point to that in case the doctor was skeptical.

Default Docs MUST know what tests to carry out?

If USCIS is alllowing only certain doctors to do it, then it's not without those doctors knowledge, it's a deal/agreement. USCIS provides them with the information kit about what to test for. For my Canada medical i just went to the doc and he knew what to do.

USCIS civil surgeon offices are getting unexpected call volumes today. Nothing available in next two weeks in NJ/PA area.
