Default Overseas trip scheduled and GC approved

We got an email today informing our GC has been approved. We have an overseas trip scheduled for September 15th, so to leave I believe we have to wait either the card itself or scheduled an infopass appt to have the passport stamped temporarily.

My question is - for the infopass appt we need the approval notices. Anyone knows who gets this notice? The applicant directly or the laywers?

Thanks in advance!

Then you need to change your signature from "Awaiting GC" to "GC Received"

you would probably get the card soon, but taking the infopass appt will get you the I-551 stamp on the passport which is good for travel. You can just take all you I-94's EAd/AP receipt notices etc along with email printout to get that.
