Default H1B visa denial at the consulate abroad and re-entering US

Hi Guys,
Please any experiences with this issue. If I have advance parole in my hand and I traveled overseas and applied for H1 visa stamp at the US consulate because my H1 stamp on the passport has expired,in case the H1 visa was denied at the consulate;it is known that I can re-enter U.S using advance parole but is there any possibility that the denial of H1 may cause troubles for me at the airport like deportation, anybody was in the same situation?

Thanks

Entering US after your H1 denial is not going to cause any issues unless you have found inadmissible (i.e. for example, violated immigration laws before you left the country, that has triggered 3 or 10 year bar).

If you don't mind can you please share the reason for H1 denial...?

From what I understand (and confirmed by my lawyer) you can enter US based on AP even when your H1 is denied. AP has nothing to do with your H1... it is attached to your 485 application, so as long as your 485 is pending you can use AP.

Please check this thread.....Somebody raised a point about the validity of the use of AP when your visa stamping gets rejected or runs into issues...
