Question Job change after EAD approval / H1B past 6yr Renewal

Situation:
1. I-140 approved / I-485 Pending / EAD & AP available
2. Past 6yrs H1B extension and is valid for next 3 yrs

Thinking of changing Jobs

1. Can the new company apply H1B without losing my green card process
2. If I invoke AC21 will I have to only work on EAD or can I work in H1B too( remember my h1b is past 6yrs)

I greatly appreciate any accurate responses.

Take time to fill your profile before you expect others to spend time to answer your questions.

1. GC processes is not dependent on h1b but it is easy to apply for gc if you are already working there.
employer can file GC for anyone who is not in US and still not an employee. You can retain your priority date but you have to start GC process all over again with your new employer.

2. u can work on EAD as well as invoke AC21 after waiting for 180days after filing I485.
