I-485 pending and new H1B?? - Urgent help needed

my company applied my green card back in 2005 in EB3 and I got EAD and AP. I left the company back in 2009 and started using EAD and AP for my travel.. still waiting for my GC.

Now, a company offered a new H1B? Is it possible after long break? has anyone received like this?
what happens if h1b declined, does it impact my current GC? Please respond?

I think it's possible.
But your status will change to H1b and your Aos status will be passive.
You can request EAD on your 485 periodically.
So you may have both work authorization ie EAD and h1 same time ,but only one immigration status ie AOS or H1b.

EAD may be safer

Using EAD to work for the new company would be safer, in my opinion.
