Angry Vermont Processing time didn't move 1 day in last 1 month

My employer filed for my H1B extension at Vermont center in July. Since then I have been tracking the Processing Times posted on USCIS website. Today, I noticed that they updated the data and as of September 30, 2015 they are still processing May 25, 2015 applications for I129 Extension of Stay. The ridiculous part is that as of August 31, 2015 also they were processing May 25, 2015 applications. It did not even move A SINGLE DAY.

Are USCIS people even doing their job or are they just busy finding ways to give hard time to legal immigrants?

Same problem with me, need to renew passport. Asked my employer to upgrade to Premium processing. And see a lot of people with the same issue.

This is just another way of exploitation of legal immigrants. They are forcing our hands to pay the Premium Fees.

I did the same. Changed it to PP and got approval in exactly 12 days. USCIS is deliberately delaying it knowing that they can make more via PP.

How can an agency who has the power to disrupt day to day lives of tax-paying people be allowed to be so dysfunctional?

Apparently there's no oversight over USCIS' functioning and performance. It sucks.

Most likely they have diverted resources from H1B processing to DACA/DAPA EADs knowing that any delays in H1B processing is only going to help them get more money via PP route.

How long did it take for you guys to get LCA? Mine has been waiting for 5 weeks for now. My employer is ready for PP, but nothing can be done at LCA stage.
