Default 3 year degree

There are notes to an AILA liaison meeting with NSC that outlines how the 3 year degree can be shown equivalent to a US bachelor's degree. It has been done.

Wait for the RFE and get ready for some good educational evaluations.

You must be out of your mind if you think money alone is going to get you an MS or a PhD degree. You comments really shows how ignorant you are.

How can you claim that a Phd or MBA or MS does not qualify you as a skilled worker?

May be we should stop this discussion based on opinions. Nobody will be able to convince others. We may have subjective views, but around 90% of the time the agency will do it's job (USCIS). They have a process and appeal process to do these things and it is a matter of legality.

Default skilled worker

Sure, if the education is not in the field indicated on your labor certificate. What is your point?
