I140 Case Status: Decision - meaning?
Hi, I got the below status change for my I140 case. Earlier the status was "Received", there was no RFE received. Can anyone please let me know what this status means?
Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER
Your Case Status: Decision
On February 3, 2016, we began reviewing your Form I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXX.
