Default Changing employer in H1

I am on OPT now. I got a job recently and my employer is gonna file for my H1 this April 1st. I would like to know if i can change my employer before oct 1st( before my H1 visa filed by my current employer)? I am planning to shift job in june. Will I have any visa complications?
