Please make absolutely *sure* they will support any RFE or else be prepared to re-start the PERM process. I say that as my *wonderful* employer "promised" a lot of things only to forget them very conveniently later on.

I was in the same predicament (read my earlier posts/signature), but in my case I was forced to use EAD to change jobs (I could've used H1 as well); as my H1 *employer* quit paying me w/o any communication after 8 years of hard honest work. But by God's Only Grace my I-140 just got Approved, I am sure yours will too!! I am now convinced things happen for a reason, I will prevail through this! I must!!
