Default I140 & 485 Current Status: Notice Returned as Undeliverable.

I checked my I140 & 485 status this morning and i see below status update...

My Lawyer has filled for AR-11(Address change) upon my request in jan 2008.

Any Ideas what has happened

You got any proof that your lawyer really filed AR-11? You should call USCIS as soon as possible.

You have to file an AR-11 for every pending application, along with a general AR-11. Check if your lawyer did that. Also, the USCIS usually sends back a confirmation letter for every pending application AR-11 that was submitted. Ask your lawyer if he has these letters.

I think, apart from filing AR11, you need to call USCIS and update them.

You can file the AR-11 online and if you provide email, they will send you a confirmation mail immediately and send a confirmation by regular mail to your new address. Why did you ask your attorney to file AR-11?. Instead you should have done on your own. THe process is very simple and straight forward.
