wtf is happening at NSC. why there is no EB3 I140 apporval for ages...Whether I-140 cases from NSC will be transfered to TSC or some other service center?

Just a few days back I celebrated 1 Year completion anniversary for my NSC I-140approval process. Way to go... gr8 job!!!

My I140 has been stuck at NSC since Oct of 2006. Yes 2006...Numerous phone calls, service requests have yeilded no result.

Amit : Are you sure your case is still pending at NSC, as per USCIS they are processing case filed on or after Jan 30th 2007...Hope they haven't lost your file. Ask your attorney to talk some supervisor at NSC. Good luck

Yes, it is pending. There were numerous occasions where we have sought case requests, and USCIS Customer service says that the case is still being looked at. There was an RFE that was replied to and they said the processing had resumed, there were many soft LUD's after that.
