Default did u get 140 approved

Sounds Hopeful. Concurrent filing of July 07 and I140 got approved.
which service center and what are RD/ND/PD.

If, 140 is approved, you can invoke AC21. Again Salary Vs. Job Desccription need to be reviwed by Company Attorney for AC21 purpose. If both salaries are above prevailing wage rates of Eb2 cat. I am not sure what the issue could be ?

But the salary is about $20, 000 lower than what my consulting firm is paying now. My labor was applied with a higher salary. Can this lower salary and the difference create problems with the green card processing? Did anyone have any of this experience? Please help!!!

Default Moving to a different job and taking a pay-cut?

I thought one of the main reasons for people to change jobs is to get a $20K hike . You may have your personal reasons...

Not sure how this can affect your application
