Default PD Porting Question

I worked for Employer A for about 5 years.
Labor application was filled in Dec 2006 under EB3, approved in Feb 2007.
I-140 was filled in May - approved in July second week (premium processing).
I-485 was filled on July 3rd.
after 180 days, I used my EAD and switched to a new employer B. Already sent AC21 letter to USCIS. Recently got promoted as Team Leader

Can I file a new labor in EB2 category (do I need to be on H1B for that)?
Am I eligible for I-140 premium processing (I am using EAD)?
Can I port my PD from previous approved I-140?
DO I need to file I-485 again for me and my wife when the PD (from old case) becomes current?
If YES - What happens to my previous I-485 application?

--Yes
Am I eligible for I-140 premium processing (I am using EAD)? - Not sure
Can I port my PD from previous approved I-140? - Yes
DO I need to file I-485 again for me and my wife when the PD (from old case) becomes current? - You can can file new 485 (OR) you can attach Eb2's 140 to the pending 485
If YES - What happens to my previous I-485 application? - If you file new 485 you may have to withdraw the existing one
