It gives and error. Or is it just me?

Well, I am still not getting it.

I havent opened any SR with my cases. So I dont know what the case status online system is talking about.

Maybe I have crashed the database and so the machines are taking revenge by evaporating only my cases from the system. Very very Terminator-ish.

I have been getting the same error message since 2 weeks. I tried different computers - no luck. I called customer service - no use. Does anyone know what I need to do, to be able to login?

They have some issue with the online system. I got my AP and EAD approved recently but the website still shows the receipt numbers as invalid.

Same thing with my EAD application. I got my rcpt notice and finger prints notice but still I can not add it to my portfolio.

The USCIS has been having some problems with its online case status check for some time now.
I recently applied for my EAD/AP and got my receipt notice and kept getting the error message online. I enquired and the lady told me my application was filed and recieved properly. Despite this, the error message went on and I checked weekly. Finally I recieved my approved EAD/AP last week and still the system shows an error message.

Logging in is not a problem - and also existing petitions look fine. he issue is

(1) Unable to add new petitions to portfolio
(2) no updates on existing cases
