I will tell you two good sources which can help you from start to finish.

Go to Immigration Help - Green card, visas, Visitor Medical Insurance or - H1 Visa, Green Card, Visitor Visa and Visitor Medical Insurance

Read entire section related to visitor's visa. They also have medical insurance. Those two sites are excellent sources for visitor's visa. Good luck.

Default passport copy

Hi Folks,

Is it really necessary to provide entire passport copy for parents visa ?

They are reapplying...after thier 5 years visa expired last month.

It is so painful to take copies of all the pages in the passport...
but guess no way out...cannot take chances....

thanks,
