Smile Received my Greencard after 10 long years !

Just wanted to share with everyone that my long wait is finally over..

Here is the short timeline:
June, 2003 - Employer started internal process for GC
April, 2004 - Labor filed (old system) in EB-3
Oct, 2006 - Dependent's LC filed in PERM
Feb, 2007 - Dependent's LC approved and I-140 filed in EB-2
Mar, 2007 - Dependent's I-140 rejected
April, 2007 - My Labor Approved
June, 2007 - I140 filed in Premium and promptly approved in 5 days.
July, 2007 - Entered the I-485 madness and filed I-485.
Oct, 2007 through March,2014 - Went through 5 EAD renewals and 7 AP renewals.
May 2008 - Dependent's I-485 got rejected by mistake due to an unrelated dependent I-140 rejection.
July, 2008 - Dependent's I-485 re-opened after submitting Motion to reopen.
Aug, 2008 - RFE on I-485 which was responded to in 30 days.
Sept, 2012 - My second LC filed in PERM as EB-2
Mar, 2013 - RFE on my PERM and responded to.
Oct, 2013 - PERM approved in EB-2
Dec, 2013 - I-140 filed in Premium with upgrade option
Dec, 2013 - Received RFE in 5 days on I-140
Feb, 2014 - RFE response submitted and I-140 promptly approved and upgraded to EB-2 using prior priority date of April, 2004.
April, 2014 - Finally GC approved !!

and by the way, I still kept renewing my H1B's every 3 years.....

Default RFE's....

The RFE's are all standard ones..

Aug, 2008 - RFE was about Employment Verification
Mar, 2013 - RFE was about proof of recruitment efforts for PERM
Dec, 2013 - Since I was using experience gained with my current employer to justify the 5+ years needed for EB-2, RFE was about asking to explain why the new role being offered is different from previous role with the same employer. Only if the new role is different by more than 50%, previous experience with the same employer can be used.
