As long as the job descriptions listed on the PERM match the experience letter, it does not matter much.

As with any new regulation, this will take some time..

I think as long as there are no hurdles, this will pass. BUT it will take some time for the new regulations to percolate to all the IOs.
I see this as very good news - many of the Name Check...
