No Money needed

You don't need any money to fight in the small claims court. You only need to spend your time. BLS is a private company and not a government so, you should be able to sue.

My assumption is that a Soft LUD will update the LUD on the website even though it does not send an email. In my case, LUD did not change online untill the final approval.

There were no soft LUD's on my application until the final approval. LUD was the date USCIS received the application until it was approved.

As far as my understanding goes, EB1/2/3 is fairly recent, 15-20 year pehnomemon. As such getting examples of people who have been extremely successful post getting the visa is going to be difficult....

H1B from Jul 2003. Already on 7th year extension which expires in Oct 2010. My Priority date is Jun 2007 and I-140 is already approved...
