Nope, they are not "how many i-485 are filed". They are how many i-485 are pending for this priority date based month. That's why you don't see too much of a spike in July 07. Only 1000 to 2000 more...

I think there's some nuance to this. You don't lose your PD if the company revokes your I-140, but you do lose your PD if USCIS revokes your I-140 due to fraud.
