Generic message

USCIS updates the status with this generic message when they receive response to the RFE. Regarding the interview, I think its random and there is no specific criteria for USCIS.

1) Travel to canada in Nov and return back using new I797 so that you can get new I94 upto Nov 2012
2) Go to the nearest intl airport and explain them...

Hi,
As per my knowledge you should always file G-28 if you changed your attorney if you filed one earlier. If there is any RFE they are the one who is going to receive.

Hi

it is nothing but an employer letter in which you need to specify your designation and your continuation of your employment with that company. I sent the same letter for H4 stamping to my spouse.

Nothing to worry

I think its normal, there is no need to worry. It is not compulosry to have an LUD on your case. If I were you I will wait for couple of weeks and give a call to USCIS.
