Fairness bill is introduced in 114th Congress: H.R.3012 is now H.R.213

Representative Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) introduced the bill H.R.213, to eliminate the per-country numerical limitation for employment-based immigrants. This bill has bipartisan support with Representative Zoe Lofgren and Representative Raúl Labrador as original co-sponsors.
