In the new Congress (113th Congress, 2nd term of President Obama), Senator Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) has introduced the Immigration Innovation or I-Squared Act. The bill has been co-sponsored by Senators Klobuchar (D-MN), Coons (D-DE), and Rubio (R-FL). Immigration Voice was recognized as a supporter of the I-Squared Act of 2013 in the remarks made by Senator Hatch on the Senate floor. See minute 22 of the video below.
